This is what she calls “developing a fit mind, fit body and fit spirit.” She coaches people toward creating a healthy lifestyle, which frees them to pursue their dreams, passions, and goals.
Stephanie Vignery grew up in the Kansas City area and is married with two children, Kylee and Joshua. She is a busy mom, wife and entrepreneur. Being a hair stylist for over 25 years, she always loved making people look good and feel good. Creating a makeover with someone’s hairstyle, the results are immediate. With weight loss and fitness goals; it takes time. As Stephanie made this transition she stated, “The one thing that I know is I am now living my true passion!”
Stephanie’s perspective is “It’s good to have a fit body. And it’s better to have a fit mind controlling a fit body. But it’s best to have a fit spirit leading a fit mind and body.” This passion all came about for her in 2012 as she started to take her own fit mind, fit body and fit spirit to a whole new level.
“Most people believe transformation is just about their bodies. God has called us to take care of our bodies. Our bodies are the temple of Christ and we only have one body. If you don’t take care of it, nobody else will. Nothing makes me more excited than to see people reach their goals and start creating a life of good healthy daily habits! Teaching people the right way to eat and exercise as an everyday part of life is important. It’s about creating healthy lifestyle changes and not a diet.”
