This program is growing to be my NEW NORMAL! I’ve learned a lot about myself and my diet these past 21 days. I’m thankful that I’ve made NEW healthy habits to CONTINUE and press forward. I’m actually feeling better in my clothes! They don’t feel as tight so it’s finally starting to “show” I’m a dedicated daughter of Christ and in turn that makes me a dedicated mom and friend! My goal is to keep this lifestyle for many years to come and learn to teach my kids about healthy eating along the way! Thank you Stephanie!

I have lived these past 21 days and have learned a lot on what type of nutrition my body likes. Still a work in progress. The best that happened over the past 21 days is that one of my sons said earlier this week to me, “Mom don’t take this the wrong way, but 2 weeks ago you weren’t really that healthy and now you are” . Well, thanks son but I still have a LONG way to go, but having them see me put the work in to be healthy and how I feel going forward setting up my next goal, is all worth it!!
